Feels functional, not just tasty. Helped settle a heavy lunch nicely.

Taste is bold but quite sour, took some getting used to. My father loves it though.

Turmeric gives it a lovely colour and the tang is strong right from the first bite. Very authentic.

This is exactly the kind of sharp mukhwas you want after a heavy thali. No sweetness to slow you down.

Good to know this one doesn't rely on sugar for flavour, the citric tang does all the work.
