No Returns or Refunds
At Uttam Mukhwas & Munchies, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
Please carefully review your order, product details, quantity and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, we do not accept requests for cancellation, returns, refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection or any other personal reason.
Once the order has been delivered, no return request will be accepted except in cases covered under our Damage or Wrong Product Exchange Policy mentioned below.
Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can review and resolve the issue.
To be eligible for an exchange, an unboxing video is compulsory.
Unboxing Video Requirements
We strongly recommend that you record a continuous unboxing video while opening your parcel.
The video must:

Start before or at the time you begin opening the parcel.

Clearly show the package and the process of opening it.

Clearly show the product received.

Clearly show any damage, defect or incorrect product.

Continue until the product has been fully inspected.

Clearly capture the issue for which you are requesting an exchange.
The defect, damage or wrong product must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
If an unboxing video is not provided, we may not be able to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery, and the exchange request may not be accepted.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange may be considered only in the following situations:

The product was damaged during shipping or delivery.

You received a product different from the one you ordered.

The issue is clearly visible and verifiable in the unboxing video.

You contact us immediately after receiving the order.
If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the eligible product, subject to product availability.
We do not provide cash refunds for damaged or incorrect products. An eligible product will be replaced according to our exchange process.

Important
An exchange request does not automatically guarantee approval. The request will be reviewed based on the condition of the product, the unboxing video and the circumstances of the issue.
Products that are damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage or use may not be eligible for exchange.
We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the required evidence is not provided or if the issue does not fall within the conditions mentioned in this policy.
